Special Event Rentals, a local rental company that specializes in customizing events, recently rolled out its own red carpet to His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales on Thursday, November 5th at the grand opening of the Niagara-on-The-Lake campus of the Niagara College Wine and Visitor Education Centre.
