Do my rental items need to be cleaned before they are returned?

No. Simply empty or remove food waste and place them back in the containers in which you received them.

Does someone need to be at the place of delivery to accept order?

No. Provided that your order is prepaid. However, for your peace of mind we advise that you have a representative receive and sign for the order upon delivery. It is also the customers responsibility to provide us with the operational times of the venue which we are to deliver to and pick up from as additional charges will apply if we have to return.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all methods of payment for your convenience VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DEBIT and CHEQUES. Cheques must be received 2 weeks prior to delivery unless they are certified.

What size tent will I need for my event?

Many factors determine proper tent sizing ie: number of guests, type of affair, dance floor, head table and property size. Our consultants will assist you with sizing once all of these factors have been determined.

When I can I expect my order to arrive on the date specified?

At the time you place your order you have the option to choose an AM or PM delivery. You may call us the day of the delivery to receive a more accurate time of our arrival. You also have the option to book a dedicated delivery time at an additional cost, please call for details.

When should I book my order?

We advise our customers to place their orders as soon as possible. The earlier you place your order the less chance of being disappointed that certain items are not available. Place your order with your maximum numbers and call in to adjust as your function nears.

Will I be charged if any equipment is damaged or broken at my function?

Yes. You will be charged a replacement fee for items that are damaged or broken while in your possession. We advise that you notify us immediately if any items arrive damaged or broken. All equipment should be protected from the elements.

Will I need to put a deposit down?

Yes. All orders require a deposit to reserve the equipment for a specified date in our system.

Will you deliver on Sundays or Holidays?

Yes. Extra charges may apply to orders that are delivered or picked up outside our normal hours of operation.

Will your delivery staff set up and break down the tables and chairs?

The set up and dismantling of tables and chairs is not included in the rental or delivery charges. Set up and dismantle can be arranged in advance for $0.50/chair and $1.50/table.
